The Beach House on the Salish Sea is a cozy waterfront home located directly on South Beach in Point Roberts, a quiet corner of the coast where you can enjoy the beach, the water and the natural surroundings. Our bright, beach-inspired home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a cozy kids' bunk bed. The white interior, skylights, soft furnishings and natural light create a warm and welcoming space that feels like a true beach house. With a large deck, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and your own private stairs leading directly to the beach, the shoreline is always just steps away. Bring your bikes to discover all of Point Roberts, and bring your paddleboards to enjoy the coastline. Watch great blue herons along the shore, bald eagles overhead, and keep an eye out for seals, porpoises and the incredible marine life that calls the Salish Sea home. With some luck, you may even spot whales travelling through these waters. We hope you love our special piece of the coast as much as we have. Slow mornings. Salty air. Beach walks. Changing skies. The details: King master, queen room with a kids-only bunk, plus a pullout sofa. Sleeps 6. Bright beach-inspired kitchen: full-size fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, mini toaster oven with built-in air fryer, Keurig and espresso maker, kettle. Please note: no microwave. Two full bathrooms: one with a skylit walk-in shower, one with a tub and shower. Large cedar deck with outdoor dining, lounge seating, striped umbrellas and a propane BBQ. Private stairs from the deck straight to the sand. WiFi, smart TV (sign in with your own streaming accounts), telescope and binoculars for the view. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. Free driveway parking. Bring your bikes and paddleboards, Point Roberts is made for both. Guests have the whole house, the deck and the private beach stairs. A few owner areas stay locked: the garage, the shed, the loft and one supply pantry. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock. Parking in the driveway (shared driveway, please leave space for the neighbor). \-Sandy feet are the point, but please rinse off at the hose by the deck stairs rather than in the showers. \-The waterfront deck, stairs and beach mean adult supervision for children, always. \-The top bunk is for kids only. \-No fires or fireworks on the beach or the property. \-The owners' watersports equipment is not for guest use; feel free to bring your own boards and bikes. \-Quiet residential lane: no parties, no events, quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. \-US point of entry: Canadian guests cross at the Boundary Bay border, five minutes away. Maximum 6 overnight guests. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping. No pets. No fires or fireworks on the beach or the property. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. Shoes off inside, please. The top bunk is for children only. Loft, garage, shed and supply pantry are owner areas and stay locked. Rinse sand off at the outdoor hose, not in the showers. Turn the BBQ propane valve off after use. Owners' watersports equipment is not available to guests. Children must be supervised by an adult on the deck, stairs and beach. Fire ban: no campfires, fire pits, or open flames outdoors during a burn ban — bans are common in July, August and sometimes September, and violations carry heavy fines.
